Subscriptions Tab
Overview
The Subscription tab in the main window is responsible for listing:
- Imported accounts that are categorized by their respective blockchain network.
- OpenGov networks with active referenda subscriptions - being either Polkadot, Kusama, or both.
- An optional Debugging category that lists networks with available debugging subscriptions.
When Polkadot Live was in its early development stages, the Subscriptions tab only listed imported accounts. As OpenGov features were integrated, this tab naturally evolved to became a place for listing categorized "abstract items" that have subscriptions ready to be turned on and off - Ie. Accounts, networks with active referenda added via the OpenGov window, as well as networks with available debugging subscriptions.
Visually, the Subscriptions tab is easy to understand - It allows you to open subscription settings for accounts and OpenGov referenda. Conceptually, it may be more difficult to grasp. As Polkadot Live continues its development, an effort will be made to make this conceptualization clearer.
